“M City Condos” is a new condo development by Rogers Real Estate Development Limited and Urban Capital Property Group; currently in pre-construction at Burnhamthorpe Road West, Mississauga.
The location will be within the large plot of land at Burnhamthorpe Rd W and Confederation, bordered to the west by Pinnacle International’s Grand Park and Grand Park 2 projects. A 10 phase condominium master planned community, stunning architecture with the Rogers Group pushing landmark designs in every tower. Architecture by CORE Architects and interiors by Cecconi Simone. The tallest condominium is expected to be 51 storeys with a heavy emphasis on public spaces and parks throughout the new community. 15 acre re-development, 2 acres of brand new park land, 6,000 new residential suites (4.3 million sq.ft. of new residential space) are included in the 10 condominiums.
Centered around Square One Shopping Mall, Quick access to numerous restaurants and cafes, Celebration Square, a large public square for public gatherings, events and concerts in Mississauga, Quick access to the central GO Bus Transit Station, Steps to the brand new Sheridan College Campus at Square One, and Quick access to major Highways: Hwy 401, Hwy 401 and QEW.
M City Condos to begin construction in late 2017 or early 2018. The first phase launch will include approximately 500 units with the total count expected to be around 6500 units. With a wide range in prices, starting from $200,000 to over $700,000, the M City Mississauga project will have a selection for all sorts of resident requirements. The entire condominium development will cost approximately $1.5 billion and will be a multi-year, multi-phase project. Initial sales and access to floor plans will commence in the coming days.

With its future set on connectivity, character and sustainability. Rogers Real Estate Development Ltd. will own and develop the project. It has engaged New York- based Cooper Robertson to design the framework and Canadian developer Urban Capital to manage the process.
